An Excerpt from the Journal of Zan Holindai, Nix Lord Magus:

"Mirsa... A Sabbah Society assassin turned lap dog to the Jotun. What little humanity she had was extinguished when she turned herself over to the Them and became an Agent of Chaos.

What little humanity I say, for the Sabbah Society is a ruthlessly cruel and brutal assassins guild that utilizes fear, terror and destruction as some of their greatest weapons. The Sabbah Society cares little for the subtlety involved in typical assassinations and seems to get a certain joy out of how many body parts their targets have left over after the kill strike is delivered. Collateral damage is actually seen as a bonus...

If one is marked by them it usually means one of two things. You upset someone very powerful and amoral or someone just really wants to make an example out of you. Fortunately for the crew and I, we have managed to do both on several occasions. Usually at the same time, at that!

In either case, that's only the beginning of their ruthlessness. The Sabbah Society puts their initiates through years of pain, punishment and torture. Beatings, degradation, humiliation, brutal training techniques and all other manner of extremely terrifying methods. A veritable Hell all for the sake of turning the initiate into a fearless, brutal, cold-hearted killer. As one can imagine, not much remains of a moral code with these assassins. However, they do possess their own unique code of sorts, of course. One of which is that they usually don't lie. I say usually only for the fact that one must earn an assassin's respect first. Which may not be just the easiest thing in the world...

In either case, we encountered Mirsa aboard a Mogg'Theran Greatship. She had snuck her way on board, planted explosives in critical areas and seemed set on going out with a rather horrifying bang before we got to her. Ironically, once we found her, disabling her was remarkably easy. In fact... It was too easy. Way too easy. The Mogg'Theran were eager to get rid of her and wanted no part of keeping her onboard their ship. Not that I would blame them, really... It just... Got complicated after that.

We wanted to know more about her plans so we decided that while we had a captured Agent of Chaos, we would interrogate her. That... Didn't work out well. However, the new addition to our crew, Katarn, decided to take advantage of his new role and Mirsa's apparent ignorance of it. He hatched a plan that resulted in a confrontation with her, him, Toni and I aboard our own ship. Away from potential victims and casualties. Our second fight with her did not go nearly as smoothly as our first. She was decidedly more intent on killing us...

Well... Less "us" and more just the Kid. She was, apparently, extremely intent on taking his head. She also, well, blew out our bridge window with the intent of spacing all of us. Which... Well... I was more concerned for the others well-being then my own. I can handle being randomly spaced a lot better than they can. It's just... So annoying!

She, without her explosives hard wired to her life signs, was much less of a threat than originally anticipated. We are cautious of Agents of Chaos. Always cautious. Ever vigilant, as our Inquisitor friends call it. So, when we went after Mirsa, we were not ones to play around. For all that I'm not particularly happy with Toni... And for all that I'm not particularly trusting of the Kid... We took her down fairly quickly.

I have always appreciated Toni's non-playful attitude when it comes to her enemies. Once I incapacitated Mirsa, it was a single shot from Toni's rifle to the head... Followed by blissful silence. I must wonder... What her last thoughts were as she stared down the barrel of a high powered plasma rifle... I can say though, Her vocabulary shortened significantly into a slur of vulgarities in a variety of languages.

So much for her superiority complex. One less Agent of Chaos to worry about... "
